Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled with precision.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty beverages using proper techniques.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management skills to ensure prompt service.
• Assist with food handling, catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed to support team operations.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is required; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to food safety regulations.
• Strong skills in sales, upselling beverages or menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Experience with banquet or catering service is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with basic math proficiency for cash handling and retail math calculations.

Pay: $21.36 - $25.72 per hour
