Rosalie is currently hiring Servers, Bartenders, and hybrid Server/Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoy taking care of guests.

Rosalie is located inside the historic Wayne Hotel in Wayne, Pennsylvania and is part of the Fearless Restaurant Group.

Fearless Restaurant Group is a multi-concept hospitality company with 13 independent restaurants based in the Greater Philadelphia region and Long Beach Island, NJ. Opened in September 2020, Rosalie offers a lively, casual fine-dining restaurant and lounge experience centered around regional rustic Italian cuisine and warm, polished hospitality.

Position Overview

At Rosalie, our service team welcomes guests into our home with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace. This role requires individuals who can deliver exceptional hospitality standards while working collaboratively in a high-energy dining room and bar environment.

Hybrid candidates should be comfortable seamlessly transitioning between floor service and bartending responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, attentive hospitality to every guest
• Execute all steps of service with consistency and professionalism
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, wine, beer, and cocktail offerings
• Prepare classic and specialty cocktails to recipe and quality standards
• Anticipate guest needs and create personalized experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and bar areas
• Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
• Support overall restaurant operations through teamwork and professionalism

Skills & Requirements

• Positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and hospitality skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
• Ability to interpret guest preferences and recommend or craft beverages accordingly
• Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience preferred
• Ability to change a keg
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Availability for a minimum of 4 shifts per week
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
