Our hours are 5-8 Mon - Thurs, 5-9 Fri and Sat, closed on Sunday

Overview
We are seeking energetic and personable SERVER/BARTENDERS to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing outstanding customer service, expertly serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help us set the standard for excellence in hospitality.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and drinks promptly using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring all guests are attended to with care.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling practices during serving and bartending.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of the bar area, ensuring a clean, organized workspace at all times.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including wine pairings or specialty cocktails, to enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in customer service, sales, and hospitality are essential to create a welcoming environment.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations, basic math skills for billing and cash handling, and retail math for sales transactions will support your success.
• Banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food service environments.

Pay: $7.50 - $40.00 per hour
