Server/Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. Your role will involve preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking orders, and ensuring the bar area is clean and well-stocked.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bartender, Server, or a similar role
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating ratios for drink recipes
- Excellent sales skills to upsell products and increase revenue
- Understanding of food safety regulations in the food industry
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
