Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. You will be responsible for managing the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires a passion for the food and beverage industry, along with strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels of supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, ensuring all beverage services meet guest expectations.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products in the food industry.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in high volume settings
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the food service environment is essential.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
