Server/Bartender

Mildred's Big City Food is a locally owned and operated restaurant seeking full time and part time front of house bar and service staff with at least one year of experience to join our front of house team.

Responsibilities include functions and operations in relation to all front of house service, including but not limited to:

• greeting and seating guests
• taking orders
• food running
• bussing
• bartending - classic and seasonal craft cocktails
• wine presentation
• food and wine knowledge
• cleaning tasks

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
• Serving: 1 year (Preferred)
