Server/bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, presenting menus and providing information about specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety standards, and customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
