Server/Bartender

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring timely delivery
• Mix and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol serving regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food safety standards
• Assist with food presentation and ensuring quality standards are met
• Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and prioritization skills
• Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Support catering events as needed, providing excellent service in diverse settings

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals
• Experience working in nightclubs or catering events is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
