Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while efficiently preparing and serving beverages. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including operating the cash register and processing payments.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in training new staff on bar procedures and customer service standards.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Skills

• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with guests effectively.
• Time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
• Knowledge of hospitality principles and practices, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons.
• Experience with brewing techniques is a plus for establishments that serve craft beverages.
• Familiarity with cash registers and retail math for processing transactions accurately.
• Sales skills to promote special drinks or events effectively to enhance guest experience.
