Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Servers & Bartender to join our Pickle Haus team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender or Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by always providing amazing service and make meaningful connections.

Responsabilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Keep up-to-date with drink trends and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a bartending or server role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math for accurate transactions.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.

Pay: $17.69 - $25.45 per hour
