Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, ensuring accuracy in transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food handling standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclub events as needed to support team operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments, including restaurant or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding related legal requirements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions
