Server/Bartender

At Brix Wine Cafe, we pride ourselves on offering a warm, upscale yet approachable dining experience built around carefully curated wines, craft cocktails, and chef-driven dishes. We are looking for a professional server/bartender with strong wine knowledge and bartending experience to join our team. If you are passionate about hospitality, great wine, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional, attentive service to every guest, providing knowledgeable recommendations on wine, cocktails, and menu pairings.

* Bartend with precision and creativity - prepare and serve cocktails, wine and beer according to recipes and guest preferences.

* Guide guests through our wine list, offering thoughtful pairing suggestions and enhancing their dining experience.

* Accurately take orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area.

* Support the team with side work, opening/closing duties, and a collaborative, positive attitudes.

* Uphold responsible alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

* Bartending/serving experience preferred

* Weekends Required

Min wage PLUS tips

* Strong wine knowledge is a plus

* Excellent communication, hospitality, and multitasking skills

* Must be at least 21 years old with valid WA Food Handler's permit and MAST permit

* Professional, team-oriented, and guest-focused mindset

* Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays/drinks for extended periods

Pay: From $17.13 per hour
