Server/Bartender

Portland Pie Company is looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused team members to join our front-of-house staff as Server/Bartenders.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent hospitality, and contributing to a positive team culture. Candidates should be comfortable serving guests, preparing beverages, and helping create an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Keep dining room, bar area, and service stations clean and organized
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties

Qualifications

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds during shifts
• Must meet Maine age requirements for alcohol service
