Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and have a love for Italian cuisine and wine? Gersi RVA, located in the heart of Richmond, VA, is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable server/bartender to join our team. If you have a knack for hospitality and at least one year of experience, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Providing warm, attentive, and efficient service to ensure a delightful dining experience.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Italian food and wine to guide guests through our menu and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Preparing and serving beverages with precision and flair.
- Managing multiple tables or guests at the bar with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (server or bartender).
- A strong understanding of Italian cuisine and wine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a genuine love for hospitality.
