SERVER/BARTENDER - 1823 KITCHEN AND BAR - PART TIME

This Server/Bartender role is responsible for crafting, presenting, and delivering beverage selections with confidence and care. The ideal candidate develops strong menu knowledge, offers thoughtful recommendations from our curated collection of cocktails, spirits, and wines, and brings genuine enthusiasm to every interaction.

Servers and bartenders in this position engage guests through warm, natural conversation while maintaining an inviting, polished environment. Their personal style, attention to detail, and service instincts directly shape the atmosphere of the room. More than taking orders, they create moments—anticipating needs, elevating small details, and ensuring each guest leaves with a memorable experience that reflects the heart of our hospitality.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
