Server/Bartender Part Time

Duties

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Provide attentive customer service, addressing guest needs and inquiries with professionalism.
• Manage cash handling, including processing payments accurately and giving correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering functions when required.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations.
• Experience in serving, bartending, catering, or hospitality roles is advantageous.
