Duties

• Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently as a host, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Prepare and serve beverages responsibly, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Clear tables promptly and reset dining areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests.
• Assist with food handling, catering setups, banquet service, and nightclub operations as needed to support various event types.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy, utilizing basic math skills for transactions and sales reporting.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure efficient service flow and an enjoyable experience for all guests.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or retail math is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
• Experience working in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales reconciliation.
• Enthusiasm for the food industry, hospitality, brewing, or related fields that foster a lively guest experience.
