Server/Cashier

IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY

FULL-TIME: Tue-Sat 11:00am-3:30pm

OPEN INTERVIEWS EVERY WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY 10am-12pm until position filled.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system (e.g., Square POS)
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food preparation as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate cash handling
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system, such as Square POS
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $3.00 - $4.50 per hour
