Empanola is a vibrant, fast-casual empanada restaurant serving high-quality, handmade empanadas inspired by Latin flavors and New Orleans culture. We're passionate about good food, good vibes, and great service - and we're looking for energetic, reliable people to join our team!
Position Overview:
We're looking for a Server/Cashier who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an excellent customer experience. You'll be the face of Empanola - greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and helping keep our dining area clean and welcoming.
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide menu recommendations
- Take customer orders accurately using our POS system
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Prepare and package orders for dine-in and takeout
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter and dining area
- Restock supplies and assist teammates as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service and uphold brand standards
- Previous experience in food service, customer service, or retail preferred (but not required - we'll train!)
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy hours
- Must be punctual, responsible, and dependable
