Server/Cashier

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick turnaround
• Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations
• Manage reservations using platforms like OpenTable, coordinate seating arrangements, and support host/hostess duties when needed
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring timely delivery of orders and proper food handling procedures to uphold food industry standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or nightlife environments such as a nightclub or fine dining setting is highly desirable
• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling
• Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or as a host/hostess enhances your candidacy
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required
