Server/Cashier

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused server/cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurately process orders and payments, and help maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders accurately.
• Operate the POS system and process cash, card, and digital payments.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and cashier counter.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or customer service role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional appearance.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
