Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring efficient processing of sales and payments
• Prepare food items following safety standards and quality guidelines
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including cash handling and change giving and credit card merchant
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen operations as needed to ensure smooth service flow

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and food handling within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety protocols in the food industry
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining a positive attitude
