Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server or Delivery driver join our dynamic team. you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, ensuring their needs are met.
• Process payments accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Uphold guest service standards by anticipating needs and providing assistance as necessary.

Skills

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Strong sales abilities to promote menu items effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• A passion for culinary arts and guest services that enhances the dining experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $23.49 per hour
