Duties

• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
• Clear tables promptly and bus dishes to maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Support catering and banquet setups, including arranging tables, linens, and serving stations

Requirements

• Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety regulations
• Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction
• Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel settings is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as bussing and lifting trays
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this energetic role
