Server/Host

We are currently seeking dedicated Servers and hosts to enhance our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries regarding menu items
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service
- Process payments using POS systems with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed

Skills:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally
- Willingness to assist team members as needed
- Familiarity with phone etiquette in a hospitality environment
- Experience with Aloha POS is a plus
