Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as Server/Bartender/Food Runner/Host. This versatile role involves providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient order management, and welcoming hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations as a Host/Host, ensuring a smooth seating process
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately as a Server or Food Runner
- Prepare and serve high end Mocktail beverages responsibly as a Bartender, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to alcohol service laws
- Provide attentive guest service, addressing needs promptly and professionally
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payments
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations throughout shifts
- Assist in guest relations by answering questions, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest interaction skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations during busy periods
Skills
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as TOAST POS
- Knowledge of hospitality practices, guest services, and restaurant operations is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong phone etiquette
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Would Prefer mid end fine dining experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
