We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers, Host, and Runners. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation quality and proper handling
• Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as needed
• Clear tables efficiently, bussing dishes and resetting tables for new guests
• Deliver food runners to tables quickly while maintaining food quality and temperature
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including side stations and dining spaces
• Support banquet events or large parties with timely service and guest assistance
• Uphold food safety standards during all stages of food handling and service
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and guests to ensure smooth operations

Skills

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
• Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper sanitation practices
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing
• Experience in serving, bussing, or food preparation is advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
• Guest services experience in hotels or culinary settings is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen or culinary experience can enhance performance in this role
