Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Server. In this vital role, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and memorable experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your interpersonal skills while contributing to a dynamic team committed to excellence. I cannot stress enough that this is a team job. You will be responsible for hosting, busing, serving, making drinks, dishes. In addition there will be required backup work and cleaning. This is a fun working environment that is willing to be flexible with the schedule. You will get what you put in into the position.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they walk through the door
• Assist visitors with inquiries, directions, and information about services or facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas to uphold high standards of presentation and hygiene
• Manage queues efficiently, ensuring timely service and reducing wait times for guests
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations throughout the day
• Handle guest feedback professionally, addressing concerns promptly and escalating issues when necessary
• Support event setup or breakdown as needed to enhance guest experiences during special occasions or busy periods

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences
• Ability to remain energetic, motivated, and attentive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
• Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt quickly to changing priorities
