Job Summary

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring efficient order processing
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen coordination when necessary to support smooth operations
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
• Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable experience

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred
• Fine dining or nightclub serving experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to handle diverse customer needs
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is desirable
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask during busy periods
• Proven ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining excellent guest relations
• Experience in host/hostess roles or food industry positions that emphasize customer service and guest engagement is advantageous

Pay: $2.13 - $16.00 per hour
