Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and promptly address any concerns or special requests
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and give correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially with fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in upselling beverages or menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
