Servers

Servers needed for the busy season!

Could work into a year round for position for 1-2 people.

We are open Tuesday-Saturday's 11 am - 9 pm. Mostly evening shifts but there will be opportunities for day shifts also. We will rotate servers between the patio, restaurant and tables in the bar.

Servers are responsible for 8-10 tables in a section and are responsible for taking all drink and food orders, running their own food, bussing and resetting all of their tables. The restaurant server answers phone calls and takes to go orders.

All side work must be completed which includes rolling silverware, stocking, filling condiments/ice, sweeping, mopping, and other tasks related to the job.

Must be able to keep busy during off peak times and keep up when it's busy.

Servers must have prior experience (we will not consider anyone without prior restaurant serving experience), their TIPS certification (or ability to provide one within 2 weeks of hire), and a basic knowledge of beer/wine/liquor. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

Pay is minimum plus Tips. Servers keep 100% of their tips excluding 50% of to go tips (which is split with the kitchen). Tips are great for someone who is pleasant, can multitask and handle multiple tables efficiently.
