G-Man Sports Bar, a full service restaurant and brewery located in Tualatin, OR is hiring! The right candidate will have strong customer service experience, good communication, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Must be available Wednesdays & Fridays. This is not a seasonal position.

WE ARE HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE- YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS SCHEDULE:

Wednesday 4:30PM-Midnight - This is trivia night & wine Wednesday

Friday 3PM-7PM/ ALTERNATE 7PM-Midnight. Will alternate between working Happy Hour on Friday or Closing Friday.

Essential Functions:

• Able to obtain a valid food service permit.
• Has a valid alcohol service permit.
• Consistently arrives to work as scheduled, prepared to assume shift responsibilities.
• Consistently arrives to work well-groomed and in proper uniform.
• Prepares section so that it is ready at scheduled time.
• Accurately and timely enters all food and beverage orders into the POS with minimal errors.
• Consistently takes an unsolicited approach to teamwork by helping other employees to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Able to perform basic mathematics.
• Engages guests, coworkers and managers with a positive, friendly, professional approach during all interactions.
• Follows state liquor laws and company policies regarding the service of any alcoholic beverage and enforcement of ordinances and laws.
• Follows company standards of conduct.
