Server/Waiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service and enhancing the overall dining experience.

Duties:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and explain daily specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector preferred
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Sales skills for effective upselling techniques

Pay: $16.35 - $24.35 per hour
