Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism to enhance guest relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Assist in training new staff members on restaurant policies and procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for culinary arts and providing exceptional dining experiences is highly valued.
