Server/Waiter

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS systems.
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing timely service and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to sanitation guidelines and food safety regulations at all times.
• Process payments and maintain accurate tabs
• Maintain Cleanliness and appearance of assigned tables

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or food service environment is Required, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
