Server/Waiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and providing attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system
• Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils after each use.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
• Uphold the standards of hospitality in a nightclub setting, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is necessary for this position.
• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to hospitality and service excellence.
