Server/Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly

Experience:
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred
- Knowledge of the food industry and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to help with bussing tables or other tasks as needed
