The Service Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service Department in day to day functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Make phone calls to customers to set up and confirm appointments as well as make follow up customer relations follow up calls.

Prepare agreements for service contracts.

Review every service repair order for proper completion and accuracy.

Add and/or change notes in repair orders.

Close repair orders.

Deliver all closed repair orders to the accounting department.

Complete and file repair orders, billing forms, invoices, and requisition forms for service department.
