SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

The Service Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service Department in day to day functions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make phone calls to customers to set up and confirm appointments as well as make follow up customer relations follow up calls.
  • Prepare agreements for service contracts.
  • Review every service repair order for proper completion and accuracy.
  • Add and/or change notes in repair orders.
  • Close repair orders.
  • Deliver all closed repair orders to the accounting department.
  • Complete and file repair orders, billing forms, invoices, and requisition forms for service department.
