Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain accurate and timely work orders within defined SLAs, including labor hours, parts used, rectification details,
technician and asset information, ensuring all parts requests are approved and processed.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of maintenance activities and asset status within the Maintenance Management
System (MMS).
Generate and distribute maintenance and availability reports (daily, weekly, and ad hoc) from MMS for planners, management, and the
operations team, including fuel usage tracking.
Develop, monitor, and maintain maintenance checklists in MMS and ensure follow-up with technicians and supervisors for timely
completion.
Generate daily service completion reports and follow up on pending services, integrating them into maintenance plans and coordinating
with fleet and operations teams.
Provide around the clock fleet helpdesk support by managing email/phone inquiries, notifying stakeholders on ready vehicles, and
updating the vehicle tracking system.
Manage vehicle security gate passes in coordination with the security team and promptly resolve related system issues.
Promote and enforce safe work practices, report hazard promptly and support a safe working environment with zero incidents.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements by publishing relevant information such as rosters and department updates.
Proactively escalate maintenance-related issues to supervisors or line managers for timely resolution.

Education Qualification:
Diploma in Automobile/mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification (must have).
Certified in customer handling and service process from any authorized dealerships (preferred).

Work Experience:
Minimum experience of 3 years in similar role in commercial vehicle service advisor role using any asset maintenance management
software.
Experience in handling heavy commercial vehicles equipped with hydraulically operated superstructure.
Experience in spare parts handling and inventory management.

Skills:
Should be well versed in written and spoken English.
Trained in First Aid, Safety/ basic firefighting (preferred).
