Service Advisor

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Automobile Service Centre team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for understanding their vehicle needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide excellent service throughout the service process.
• Vehicle Assessment: Inspect vehicles, identify required repairs, and estimate costs.
• Service Planning: Create work orders, schedule appointments, and coordinate with technicians.
• Communication: Clearly explain service options, costs, and timelines to customers.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle inspections, and service history.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive industry experience
• Certification in automotive service advising or related field
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
