Job Summary:

The Service Advisor acts as the main link between customers and the workshop. They are responsible for understanding customer complaints, preparing job estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
  • Record customer complaints accurately and open job cards in the system.
  • Provide service estimates and explain repair details, costs, and timelines to customers.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair.
  • Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status.
  • Conduct a final inspection before vehicle delivery to ensure quality service.
  • Prepare and explain the final invoice to the customer.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related concerns promptly.
  • Promote additional services or maintenance packages when appropriate.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, service history, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure workshop jobs are completed as per manufacturer and company standards.
  • Support service campaigns, warranty claims, and aftersales programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicles (mechanical & electrical).
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to prepare job estimates and explain repairs clearly to customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge (DMS / ERP systems, MS Office).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
