Job Title: Service Advisor & Estimator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor & Estimator to manage customer communication, prepare accurate quotations, coordinate with technicians, and ensure smooth workflow in the workshop.

The ideal candidate must be confident, responsible, and knowledgeable about automotive services.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling (B2C & B2B)

• Greet walk-in, WhatsApp and phone customers professionally

• Understand customer complaints and vehicle issues

• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up

• Provide clear explanations of recommended services

Estimation & Quotation

• Inspect vehicles with technicians to understand faults

• Prepare accurate quotations for labour + parts

• Provide estimates for mechanical, electrical, AC, suspension, and major/minor services

• Send itemized quotations to customers and take approvals

Workshop Coordination

• Create job cards with correct details

• Assign jobs to mechanics and monitor progress

• Coordinate with the parts department/suppliers

• Ensure all approved jobs are completed correctly

Billing & Delivery

• Ensure final QC before vehicle delivery

• Prepare and explain invoices clearly

• Handle payment collection and closing job cards

Follow-Up & Retention

• Follow up on pending approvals

• Call customers after service for feedback

• Manage B2B fleet accounts professionally

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years experience as Service Advisor / Estimator in UAE (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of automotive repairs & parts

• Excellent communication skills (English required; Hindi/Arabic added advantage)

• Ability to prepare accurate quotations

• Good computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, garage management systems)

• Customer-focused and professional attitude

• Must be available to work full-time in Al Quoz

Education

• Diploma or technical background preferred

• Automotive experience is mandatory
