Service Advisor

Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Sharjah – Full-time

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Pitstop44 Auto Service Center. The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for diagnosing vehicle needs, providing service estimates, and ensuring a smooth, efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and actively listen to their vehicle concerns.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
• Provide accurate service estimates and explain the work to be performed.
• Schedule service appointments and manage service flow to ensure efficiency.
• Serve as the liaison between technicians and customers, ensuring timely completion of work.
• Recommend additional services and maintenance when appropriate, based on customer needs.
• Maintain detailed records of service history, customer interactions, and completed work.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
• Uphold Pitstop44's high standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer requests at once.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
