Role Overview

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers-understanding their needs, recommending the right services, and ensuring their vehicles are serviced efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Consultation
  • Welcome customers and understand their service needs
  • Inspect vehicles and gather essential details (mileage, history, etc.)
  • Recommend suitable services (tyres, oil changes, alignment, etc.)
  • Clearly explain service scope and pricing
Service Coordination
  • Schedule appointments and manage workflow
  • Coordinate with technicians for timely service completion
  • Keep customers updated on progress and delays
Upselling & Customer Value
  • Promote additional services and products
  • Educate customers on premium options and offers
  • Support loyalty programs and seasonal promotions
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed
  • Collect and record customer feedback
Administrative Tasks
  • Prepare invoices and service estimates
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Process payments and billing inquiries
Quality Assurance
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups
  • Ensure service quality and vehicle readiness before handover
Team Collaboration
  • Act as a bridge between customers and technicians
  • Coordinate with inventory teams for parts and product availability
