Role Overview

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Consultation
- Welcome customers and understand their service needs
- Inspect vehicles and gather essential details (mileage, history, etc.)
- Recommend suitable services (tyres, oil changes, alignment, etc.)
- Clearly explain service scope and pricing
Service Coordination
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Coordinate with technicians for timely service completion
- Keep customers updated on progress and delays
Upselling & Customer Value
- Promote additional services and products
- Educate customers on premium options and offers
- Support loyalty programs and seasonal promotions
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed

Administrative Tasks
