Service Advisor

Job Description

Service Advisor acts as the main link between customers and the vehicle repair team at HHA service center. They are required to hear customer concerns, explain maintenance or repair needs, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed correctly and on time. They also provide updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and recommend additional services when appropriate.

Job Requirements

• Technical Diploma Degree or higher
• Computer literacy - MS applications, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Good command in Arabic & English plus communication skills
• Sales and negotiation skills
