We are looking to hire a Service Advisor for one of our service center
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to concerns, explain services, answer questions, and handle complaints with empathy.
- Vehicle Assessment: Conduct visual inspections, perform road tests with customers, and use service history to recommend needed work.
- Repair Order Management: Prepare detailed repair orders, including labor/part estimates, timeframes, and clear descriptions for technicians.
- Liaison: Communicate customer needs to mechanics and explain repair outcomes, costs, and timelines back to the customer.
- Sales & Up-selling: Advise on maintenance, warranty, and potential cost savings; suggest additional services.
- Scheduling: Book service appointments efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
- service booking & customer handling: 2 years (Preferred)
