Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Automobile Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the communication link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, understand their service requirements, and create job cards accurately.
  • Inspect vehicles with customers and explain required repairs, service packages, and maintenance recommendations.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely diagnosis and completion of service jobs.
  • Communicate service progress, repair updates, and cost estimates to customers.
  • Upsell value-added services, maintenance packages, and accessories.
  • Ensure proper documentation of service history, customer complaints, and repair records.
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of automotive systems, warranty policies, and service procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to workshop safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicles, diagnostics, and service operations.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in preparing job cards, estimates, and service reports.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, service management systems).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
