Service Advisor - Automobile Vehicles

We are hiring an experienced Service Advisor – Automobile Vehicles to handle customer service, job coordination, and workshop operations efficiently.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• 3 years experience as a Service Advisor in Automobile Vehicles
• Strong customer handling & communication skills
• Good knowledge of vehicle service processes & job cards
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple customers
• Candidate must be born before 1995

Responsibilities

• Receive customers and prepare job cards & estimates, and Maintain accurate service records in the system
• Coordinate with workshop technicians and ensure timely vehicle delivery & customer satisfaction
