Service Advisor MIN 3 Years (Male - Female)

Main Purpose of the Job:

Customer satisfaction by providing optimal customer care and high quality of service work. Promote our Service Centre benefits, capabilities and strengths to potential customers. Determine customer needs and communicating it to Service Team in order to fix it and right the first time and ensure vehicle delivery timeline.

Candidate must have the following:

Valid UAE Driving License is a must

Main Tasks and Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Greet and assist customers as they arrive for service appointments or inquiries.

Understand customer issues, concerns, and service requirements for their vehicles.

Offer professional guidance and provide clear explanations of vehicle problems, service recommendations, and maintenance needs.

Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs, maintenance, or parts replacement.

Schedule service appointments based on workshop availability and customer urgency.

Coordinate with the workshop Manager/technicians/mechanics to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs and maintenance.

Ensure that the work is carried out as per customer instructions and within the set time frame.

Open service orders for each vehicle, ensuring all customer concerns and required services are documented clearly.

Review and confirm that the correct repairs and services are scheduled, and ensure all necessary parts are available.

Ensure that any additional work or unplanned repairs are communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding.

Advise customers on necessary or suggested repairs, preventive maintenance, and any safety-related concerns.

Promote upselling of additional services such as fluid changes, tire rotations, or performance upgrades when applicable.

Ensure transparency with customers about the need for repairs or replacements to avoid any surprises in costs.

Act as the liaison between customers and technicians, conveying the details of the service or repair request.

Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle’s service, especially if there are delays or additional issues found during the inspection.

Translate technical language used by mechanics into easy-to-understand terms for customers.

Prepare and present accurate invoices for services rendered, ensuring all parts and labor charges are correctly applied.

Explain the breakdown of the charges to the customer in a clear and transparent manner.

Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction with the work done.

Address any issues, complaints, or concerns promptly to maintain customer trust and loyalty.

Offer reminders for future services or maintenance based on the vehicle's needs and warranty schedules.

Work with the parts department to ensure that necessary parts and components are ordered and available when required for service or repairs.

Keep track of inventory levels and ensure that the workshop has the parts needed to perform regular maintenance and repairs.

Keep detailed records of services performed, parts replaced, customer preferences, and vehicle history for future reference.

Ensure that all paperwork related to vehicle services is complete, accurate, and stored in an organized manner.

Establish rapport with customers to encourage return visits and loyalty to the workshop.

Offer exceptional customer service that reflects the workshop’s brand and reputation.

Handle customer complaints or disputes professionally and efficiently to retain customers·

Any other relevant duties as and when required by the Management.

Valid UAE Driving License is a must
