Service Advisor (PREMIUM CAR CARE CENTRE)

Naoki Motors (Premium Car Care) is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in premium car care services and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring efficient communication, accurate diagnostics, and high standard service delivery.

• With substantial market experience in the premium car care industry in the UAE
• Ability to explain technical details in a simple and clear manner.
• Greet customers professionally and assess their vehicle service needs with attention to detail and care.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and premium services.
• Prepare accurate job cards and service estimates, explaining technical issues in a customer friendly manner.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and high-quality service completion.
• Keep customers updated on service progress, additional repair needs, and delivery timelines.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
• Discuss additional services and products where appropriate to enhance customer vehicle care.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used.
